I'm writing this letter to express our appreciation for the fantastic customer support Multitek has provided our company over the last six years.  Every single person that we've had the pleasure of dealing with has been knowledgeable, professional, and courteous.

As owners of a 1996 Multitek 2040 processor with substantial hours, it has been crucial to be able to access good information pertaining to maintenance and general repairs.  Two very resourceful people in particular, Gordon Helland and Judy Olson, have continuously provided valuable insights and recommendations which undoubtedly saved our company countless hours of downtime and expense.  Their years of experience and knowledge of the equipment is remarkable. 

We've recently lost our processor to a fire caused by lightning and are in the market for another.  You can be assured that our new machine is a Multitek and we look forward to dealing with your professional and courteous staff.
