While capable of 20’ long logs, this processor is still easy to tow and quick to deploy – perfect for small firewood businesses, land owners, and tree services.
STANDARD FEATURES:
20” BAR SAW
The 20” bar saw is hydraulically powered and cuts logs with the flick of a joystick. With a standard 3/8” pitch chain, this feature keeps costs low and allows you to sharpen and reuse chains for maximum life.
HYDRAULIC LOG CLAMP
A hydraulic log clamp holds the log in place as the bar saw makes a cut, ensuring the log does not jump. The clamp is especially helpful for the trim cut, as it can grab the last piece just before it falls into the splitting chamber.
HYDRAULICALLY ADJUSTABLE WEDGE
The 1616EZ features a hydraulically adjustable wedge that allows you to center your split. By simply moving a joystick, you can avoid the long process of resplitting pieces that are too large.
JOYSTICK CONTROLS
Two electric-over-hydraulic joysticks make the 1616EZ extremely easy to operate. With both hands working the controls, operators can cut, split, and advance logs all at once. Even new operators can quickly become proficient.
LIVE DECK LOG FLIPPERS
The 1616EZ features log flippers on its live deck to ensure logs never get stuck. The log flippers grab the log at the edge of the live deck and aid their roll into the trough. This makes it possible to load crooked or skinny logs without a problem.
POWER FOLDING LIVE DECK
The 1616EZ features a 3-strand, power folding deck. The deck hydraulically raises and lowers for rapid deployment with minimal labor. This makes the machine extremely easy to transport and set up.

Want to load firewood into a trommel or truck bed? The 15′ integrated conveyor has a tough, vulcanized rubber belt that will move firewood up to 10′ high. The integrated conveyor can easily be cranked up for towing.
Removable Operator’s Seat
If you process all day, save your feet with a removable operator’s seat. The seat mounts directly to the frame and puts you in a comfortable position to work the controls.
Extra Large Splitting Chamber
Is your firewood for boiler stove use? An extra-large splitting chamber allows longer pieces which can be more efficiently burned in a boiler.

Don’t want to stop when it gets dark? The night processing light kit provides a set of 3 ultra-bright, built-in floodlights so you can keep processing until the job is done.
4, 6, or 8 Way Wedge
Are your split pieces too big? Swap out your current wedge for a 4, 6, or 8 way wedge. All wedge options are fully compatible and hydraulically adjustable.
